We only stayed here for 1 night, as we did n't have time, but everything was great. The service was good with parking onsite. Appreciated our such great stay at this hotel, would recomand.

It is convenient hotel, I liked its adequate rooms and courteous staff.

The hotel is fairly clean, with efficient personal, and offers perfect location right by the airport, the terminal and city centre and the underground.

no words to describe how i loved staff and location. friendliness from the whole staff. location close enough to - airport and the tube. there also was handy parking and great pool. the whole experience was absolutely amazing, no complaints, would recomand.

Breakfast was plentiful, the room warm, we had a delightful time. Relaxing beds and free wireless internet, coffee and complementary tea. Staff was willing to help providing a brilliant service. Also, it had parking nearby. We loved that this relaxing hotel is set in the posh area.

I have stayed here before, it's still a classy hotel. Nice design and location in the ski area. I really enjoyed that absolutely courteous staff were ready to help. The restaurant was good, courteous service, perfect food.

The property was neat, the room was impressive. The bed was fine and it was great having complimentary Wi-Fi, climate control and Nespresso coffee. The view of the ocean was perfect. It was close enough to the airport and the tube and Hatton cross station, top location overall. We had a restful time staying at this hotel.

This hotel is clean enough and new generation, has cool location and staff. It has free parking, coffee bar. Furthermore, they offer free Wi-Fi which allows us to work throughout the property. It's in a functional building in the industrial area. Also, we both loved hounslow urban farm, located not very far from the property.

We booked a queen room and enjoyed it. The customer service here was great too. Breakfast fee was 11 gbp per person...

we appreciated all the hotel offered: good beds and friendly staff. outstanding base for one night, recommended. the fact that the hatton cross subway station was some 10 minutes away was a plus. property's so close to main attractions like hounslow urban farm.

Overall it was a great stay. We could see hampton court palace from our window. Hillingdon is a district that deserves exploring. No complaints whatsoever with the hotel...
